Do I need to book in advance?
Absolutely. Numbers in each class are limited.
How do I book in?
Book Alexandria and Mascot classes on-line using the Aquanatal BOOKEO booking system. Payment is via EFT, you have 24hrs to confirm your booking with payment. Please complete your registration and medical clearance forms. For details, please go to our Bookings page. Bookings for other locations are made directly with each instructor. Details on the Class Info page.
What do I need to bring?
Swimwear and towel, a bottle of water (no glass please) to have by the side of the pool and a snack for afterwards. You can wear a sports bra under your swimsuit for extra support if you prefer. Please wear non-slip shoes. All the pool equipment you need will be provided.
If it's your first class, don't forget to bring your completed registration and medical clearance forms. You can download these from our Bookings page.
